Drawing from original research for her PhD thesis, Dr Moodie employs an anthropological model of Board Performance Assessment to ensure thorough, strategic and sustainable advice to her clients.
Dr Moodie’s engagements benefit from her cumulative knowledge and experience of conducting Board Reviews across a broad range of sectors over the past 20 years.
She is invited by her clients to conduct successive Board Reviews allowing her to demonstrate deep knowledge of the governance, commercial and legal environments in which Directors work, and to provide comparisons between Reviews.
